My Inspiration

Ah...the sweet, innocent laughter of two little boys just beginning their journey in this life (my two precious grandsons).... my inspiration for this blog and for the direction my journey is taking me.

My Journey

We are all on a journey in this life. For each one of us, that journey is individual and personal and that's because there is no one just like me or you. We were each wonderfully and uniquely created for a special purpose, no one more or less important than another. Although many factors influence and shape our lives, we all have one thing in common....we are human...we are spirits, we have souls and we live in bodies, and all three are connected. One thing we know for sure.....this body will not last forever. As humans we have the ability to make choices and the free will to implement them. For every choice there is a consequence, for every action, a reaction. It is up to each one of us to make the best choices that will lead to a long and fulfilling life that was designed by intent. There is an original blueprint for health and wellness. It is my quest to share what I've learned and experienced and what I believe God has placed in my heart.....follow me on my journey.
